[Corpora-List] C# implementation of MST dependency Parser

Dear corpora users,

Due to our need for bootstrapping Persian dependency treebank (
http://dadegan.ir/en), I converted MST parser (
http://www.ryanmcd.com/MSTParser/MSTParser.html)  from JAVA to C#. The code
is free and the license in the same as the one that Ryan McDonald prepared.
Although I tested the code many times (more than 100 times with several
data sets with several settings), I do not guarantee its performance.
Do not hesitate to contact me about the problems with the code.
