[Corpora-List] Could you please help me to train String to tree with cygwin???

Hi everyone

I like train string to tree for Persian-English corpus in Moses with Cygwin!
when i ran moses, it said: you don't have extract_rules file or dictionary!
Could you please help me??? I don't have any experience with tree models
