[Corpora-List] Free German Corpus or lexicon

Hello,

the TIGER corpus is available in a tabular txt-Format (in addition to
xml). It contains newspaper articles (900 000 tokens) and it is
annotated with part-of-speech, lemma, morphology, and syntactic phrases
and functions. The corpus is free for academic use:
www.ims.uni-stuttgart.de/projekte/TIGER

A similar resource is the Tübingen Treebank TüBa-D/Z:
www.sfs.uni-tuebingen.de/tuebadz.shtml
