Hi Negacy,

You probably want phrase alignment, not only word alignment. The
latter simply aligns tokens, so it wouldn't help you with
endoplasmic reticulum --> endoplasmatische Retikulum
but only with
endoplasmic --> endoplasmatische and reticulum --> Retikulum
Moses/GIZA++ is still the right tool.
