[Corpora-List] Building a corpus from Twitter & Tw's privacy concerns

Hi Eleonora,

Twitter forbids redistribution of tweets. But redistributing a list of
tweet URLs shouldn't be a problem, as far as I know. So a tweet corpus
could be distributed as a list of tweet URLs, and its users could
download the tweets themselves.

Have you checked out this new Italian tweet corpus?
