[Corpora-List] software for measuring semantic similarity and relatedness?

I considered measuring semantic similarity using findings in PhD of
Alexander Budanitsky. Here is a brief introduction -- Budanitsky, Alexander
and Hirst, Graeme, Evaluating WordNet-based Measures of Lexical Semantic
