eoconv 1.4 -- released on 2013-10-15

About:

eoconv is a tool which converts text files to and from the following
Esperanto text encodings and transliteration schemes:

     * ASCII postfix h notation
     * ASCII postfix x notation
     * ASCII postfix caret (^) notation
     * ASCII prefix caret (^) notation
     * ISO-8859-3
     * Unicode (UTF-7, UTF-8, UTF-16, UTF-32)
     * HTML entities (decimal or hexadecimal)
     * LaTeX sequences

This version is a rerelease under the GNU General Public License v3.0.
It also includes various minor changes to the internal code and
documentation.

eoconv should run on any system with Perl 5.6 or higher installed.
