[Corpora-List] Open datasets/corpora for endangered/low-resource languages

Dear Corpora List and Endangered Languages List subscribers,

We are trying to source out open datasets or corpora for Endangered
Languages or Low-Resource languages that is easily *downloadable* (it
doesn't need to be structured data), especially the ones that the
source/provider/main informant of the data already have permissions to
release the data publicly.

*Does any one know of links to these datasets ?*

*Are there datasets that are privately kept but the owner/research of the
data would like to publish/share it openly and publicly to anyone on the
web?*
