    The posibility of a sucessful class action laqsuit in the US would slim
because of the first admendment. However, since these websites are accessible
in other
countries, perhaps their laws and courts would be a better venue. Ironically,
perhaps Germal law could used, I am niot a lawyer so this is nit legal
advice.
