ELL: Copyright vs Evidence of Hate Literature Against the Indigenous

I do not know if there is law regarding hate literature or not.

This is all new to me and I am sure it is mostly in a grey area.

I am not for censorship.

But as well, I don't think my site should be censored.  The publication is not
for profit.

Mostly it is a little email slinging to make people aware of the issue as we
have already reposted a link to the same publication on his site which I didn't
know about before.

I am not for anyone saying that he can not publish such a thing, but to just
show it, and also to bring pressure on him till the company realizes that it is
working against some of their goals.

Thanks for the info, little that one can do which requires a lawyer is worth
doing.
