Corsi Blocks

Has anyone ever built a computerised E-Prime version of the Corsi Blocks task?
If so, I would really appreciate some help with it. Any ideas on how to
make the blocks change colour in a random fashion and setting the correct
answers (correct sequential mouse clicks),  will be welcome.
