Linking E-prime with Biopac (GSR)

Hi,
We are trying to setup our Biopac GSR system so that we can send triggers from E-prime to analyze the GSR to certain stimuli. We do have the STP100C digital interface for the Biopac, but we just can't seem to get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
