SoundOut object is sporadic

Hi List, new to E-Prime here.

I have a program with a block that presents a SoundOut object every
trial, same file every time.  Some trials it gives the sound, others
it doesn't.  I have a previous block that presents the same file every
trial with no problem.  Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?  I
can't see a difference between the properties on the two SoundOut
objects.
