[Gala-l] CFP: 1st International Seminar on Gender & Discourse: Discourses of Gendered Violence

We are pleased to announce that the Inter-universitary Institute for Applied Modern Languages <http://www.iulma.es/> (IULMA) and the Department of English and German Studies <https://www.uv.es/uvweb/english-german-department/en/english-german-department-1285858116961.html> at the University of Valencia <https://www.uv.es/> will be hosting the 1st International Seminar on Discourse and Gender (DISGEN1). The seminar will be held as an in-person event between the 27-28th of October, 2022. The theme is Discourses of Gendered Violence.

Our confirmed keynote speakers for this year’s event are:

●      Michelle Lazar (National University of Singapore, Singapore)

●      Susan Ehrlich (York University, Canada)

●      José Santaemilia (Universitat de València, Spain)

●      Ann Weatherall (Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand)
