Sorry, this is not entirely correct.
The Iranic correspondents of Crimean Gothic stap "he-goat" are:
Persian chapish "one year old he-goat" and Ossetic caev "he-goat"
I made the confusion because there is also an Old Turkic word
(probably of Iranic origin): chäbish "half-year old kid"
It is to mention that a related word existed probably also in Thracian
and/or Illyrian, since related words appear also in Balcanic languages
and some Italian dialects:
Romanian t,ap (pronounced [tsap]) "he-goat"
Albanian cap, cjap, sqap "he-goat"
Italian dial. zapo "he-goat"
Hungarian dial. cáp (pronounced [tsa:p]) "castrated he-goat" (borrowd
from Romanian)
