It's nothing short of bizarre to see the term "Gastarbeiter" inserted into
historical or even fictional situations -- where it just doesn't fit --
it' all most as if there's a concerted attempt to give this rather
strange arrangement in Germany some sort of history that it doesn't have
-- or at least an attempt to normalize the concept. Yes, even the Romans
had Gastarbeiter -- oh boy -- that's too much. (From a German Review of
the Film "Men in Black": "Will Smith und Tommy Lee Jones kuemmern sich um
Gastarbeiter aus dem All")
