******GK: Hello Ravi. I was educated in French schools
in Europe and North America. When speaking of
"Germains" it was always "J" and of "Getae" or
"Ge`tes" always "G". The information about the
permanentization of the Greek pronunciaztion comes
from my Jesuit Professors.*******
