My apologies for the lateness in commenting on the reconstruction of a 
missing part of Nehemiah. The reconstruction is appended to this letter. It 
is nice to see new Gothic written. The remarks I make below may be misguided 
if I have either misunderstood the constructions being used or bungled my 
grammar in the suggested amendments. Here goes:

6:1 gatimrada ==> gatimrida (= I built)
    luk ==> usluk (an opening).

Lukan means to close; uslukan means to open, and usluk is attested in 
something like the required sense in Ephesians.

6:2 qiþands ==> qiþandans, in agreement with the plural subject of 
insandidedun.

6:3 mahta ==> mag, since the rest of the statement is present tense.

6:5 uslukanans ==> uslukanos, in agreement with the feminine bokos.

6:6 in izai ==> in im, the reference being again to bokos.

6:8 warþ ==> waurþun, in agreement with the plural waurda.

6:9 auk allai þlahsidedun ==> allai auk þlahsidedeina

Gothic seemed to avoid putting the conjunction "auk" first in its clause. The 
verb þlahsjan should presumably be subjunctive (= would have).

afmaujand handuns ize ==> afmojand handuns seinos.

The pundits derive the attested afmauidai  from afmojan rather than afmaujan. 
I do not know the reasoning behind this.
I assume the intended sense is "they weary their hands". If it is meant to be 
"their hands get weary" then I suggest afmojand handjus ize.

af þizai arbaiþ ==> af þizai arbaidai.

6:10 auk qimand nahts maurþrjaina þuk ==> qimand auk nahts ei maurþrjaina þuk 
(?)

6:12 so praufetja waurd ==> þo praufetja waurdida (?) (= pronounced the 
prophecy).

6:13 gamuneis ==> gamunjais (subjunctive)

þo waurstwa is ==> þo waurstwa ize (their deeds).
