According to the Manuel de la langue Gothique by Fernand Mossé the word
"ei" in Gothic is very often combined with the optative. If you read the
Gothic Bible, you will see that "ei" is often combined with an optative
indeed. The optative doesn't only express a wish, but also something which
is possible but not certain, that's called an Irrealis I believe.
Therefore, also if something is uncertain the optative is used.

I would like to ask what "ei" means in your poem/song? In the Gothic Bible,
it often means: so that.

aþþan wenja þatei kunneiþ ei weis ni sium

But I wish that you know, *so that* we aren't

If you want to use: "he who", what I expect here when I read the rest of
your text, you use "saei", which is a combination of "sa" + "ei".

Though, with the verbs, you will see in Atta Unsar that the optative is
used almost everywhere

Wairþai wilja þein (expresses a wish)
Qimai þiudinassus þeins (expresses a wish)

The personal pronoun "þu" is used when you want to emphasize the personal
pronoun, (YOU), but also if you compare someone with another person: Ni
*ik*, ak *þu*.
I think that "allaim" (all, dative) should be "allaize" (of all).

"Hlaifans" = "Hlaibans", you will see a shift from f > b in the Gothic
Bible when the last letter "f" is followed by a vowel.
