Plagirism again, please join the discussion on research gate

How tragic that possibly the first-ever case of published agreement
about the analysis of the German Vorfeld should turn out to be a case of
plagiarism? And how oddly ironic that the person who maintains the HPSG
bibliographies should be the victim ...
More seriously, I have added my voice to the chorus of disapproval on
ResearchGate. But it seems that forcing the removal of a plagiarized
work from an online site does not really go far enough in a case like
this. I'm not sure exactly what the appropriate mechanism would be, but
at the very least any direct correspondence between the author and
(suspected) plagiarist should be cc'd to individuals in positions of
administrative authority within their respective institutions.
