Klahowya Phil,
The Hawaiians on the kanakamaoliallie-L server out of the University of
Hawaii have used such broadcasters. They have staged net events for
Hawaiian Sovereignty and broadcast speakers and rallys on the web.
Their contact info is http://www.nativeweb.org/pages/legal/kanaka.html
and
Lynette Hiilani Cruz: <mailto:lcruz at hawaii.edu>lcruz at hawaii.edu
Richard Salvador:<mailto:salvador at hawaii.edu>salvador at hawaii.edu
Both Lynette and Richard could help you contact the right people.
