Suffixal -sk-

Thanks to Larry Trask, Miguel Carrasquer Vidal, David L. White and Alberto
Lombardo for reactions to my question about a presumed Bask link with the
IE suffix of appurtenance *-sk^o-. I would like the suffix to be genuinely
IE and not suspicious of borrowing, and, as I read the statements, most of
which are very clear, that indeed seems to be the bottom line.
