IPSYN or similar measure for Spanish and Mandarin speakers

I am sorry, there was a typo in the message I had just sent. It shoudl read:
We looked at Russian/English speaking kids, and I am NOW (not "not")
pretty sure that IPSyn can be adapted to other languages as well.
