SES differences in child-directed speech

Hello,
Besides Heath (1983) and Hart & Risley (1995, 1999), are 
there any other references to low and middle socioeconomic 
status differences in child-directed speech (CDS), or 
differences in CDS on the basis of ethnicity? Thank you.
