leadership in the Spanish Language Development area.

                  Major responsibilities include:
    - Lead the effort for language-specific grammar rule writing;
    - Identify, acquire and implement domain-specific word-sets
      (financial, medical, etc.) to enhance the core database;
    - Hire, train, and manage the on-going work of multiple
      translators;
    - Assist in the development and refinement of a proprietary
      universal grammar and corresponding rules.

                          Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of linguistic universals, especially
  syntax and morphology;
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
- Strong command of English grammar
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn
  other software languages
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and teamwork
  skills.
