[LAP] ICLAP 2018: cultural show and the conference trip

Dear registered participants of ICLAP 2018,

Please ignore yahoo email ID of Ms. Rukhshanda Pervez shared in the
previous email. Instead drop an email at her official email ID,
rukhshanda.janjua at fjwu.edu.pk, by coming weekend to reserve  your place in
the cultural show and/or the conference trip  so that the organizing
committee could know the number of interested participants in advance and
make arrangements accordingly.

The participants would not be charged further for these activities. The
cultural show will begin in the evening of 19 October 2018 around 6:30pm in
which students of FJWU would perform different items. The trip would begin
around 5pm on 20 October 2018 after the closing ceremony. For any further
query regarding the social events again ask Ms. Rukhshanda Pervez, member
of the Reception and Recreation Committee, at her official email ID
mentioned above. Thanks.
