[Lexicog] Issues regarding a free dictionary

Hi. I am planning to develop a dictionary software and label it as a  "free software product." In fact I am thinking of ways to make the  database portable to other programs. I have also thought about what  would happen once a dictionary becomes free; meaning once you have the  freedom to edit, add and delete word entries. You'll find these details  over at my blog -
