Two enlightening and entertaining little books have been published on the
German market by the Langenscheidt publishing house, showing what women say
and explaining what they mean, and what men say and what they mean.

The titles phrased in dictionary form are already amusing: Woman-German,
German-Woman (Man-German, German-Man). There is a whole series

of this approach helpful for communication, not just for understanding the
particular speech (vocabulary, expressions) of certain groups of people, but
especially "the unsaid", the implicit messages.
