I don’t have an answer to this, but have you considered moving up to Fieldworks? It has superseded Toolbox and has superior parsing abilities.

Subject: [Lexicog] Toolbox parsing bug
HI everyone,
I have an interesting toolbox bug (running on OSX through Crossover). The interlinear parser seems to think that the sequence ny introduces a morpheme boundary. For example, the (Bardi) word nyoonoo 'there' is parsed as ny -oon, even though nyoon exists as a word in the lexicon. Has anyone come across a similar issue (ideally with a fix??)
Thanks, and Happy New Year to all,
Claire
