Personal Message: VICTORIAN students from prep to year 10 will be required to study a language under a state Liberal Party education plan.
With three months before the November election, Opposition Leader Ted Baillieu has sought to trump Labor on its multicultural credentials, unveiling a 14-year strategy to encourage students to take up a language in a bid to bolster their careers.
