[lg policy] pasque: why so much used ?

I don't know much about code-switching, but this very much reminds me of 
two situations in Canada: code-switching between French and English in 
Quebec, and the whole of Chiac in general (since it's a French-English 
mixed variety anyway). In general, the code-switching literature should 
help. I suggest you look in that direction for parallels, maybe.
