This conference doesn't seem to have been posted on the list so far:

It looks like an interesting one - not least as a source of data in its
own right, given the somewhat detectable ideological slant in favour of
language revitalisation. I mean, the final suggested theme is 'The
benefits (or otherwise) of bilingualism and multilingualism', but
everything else feels like it has an implicit leaning.
I especially like the little swipe at "those who lack Welsh"! I hang my
head and count myself among them...
