Submission Guidelines
All sessions will be 30 minutes long, with 20 minutes for presentation
and up to
10 minutes for discussion.

Please submit abstracts by email no later than 31 July 2010 to
languageandsocietyaut.ac.nz.In the body of the email, include: title of the
paper name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s) indication of which author(s)
will present the paper name of contact author, with email address, postal
address, phone and fax numbers.

Attach to the email a separate Word or PDF document containing the title and
abstract of the paper (but no identification of authorship). Abstracts
should be
no more than 250 words long.

Abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by the Programme Committee, and
evaluated
on grounds of their scope and quality. Authors will be notified of the outcome
of their submission by 20 August 2010.

Important Dates
Submission deadline date: 31 July 2010
Abstract notification date: 20 August
Registration early bird rates close: 23 September
The conference will begin at approximately 9.30am on Monday 22 November, and
close at approximately 5.30pm on Tuesday 23 November. There will be a
conference
dinner on the evening of Monday 22nd.

Registration
Opens on 1 June 2010. Earlybird registration will close on 23 September.
