[lg policy] Re: Review of Afghanistan edited volume

Thanks, Walt, for forwarding this.  But the volume is mistakenly attributed
to my editorship, whereas in actuality, Brian Spooner was a co-editor.
He joined in after I had got it started and then we had many defections
among the contributors.  So it benefited greatly from his participation
and contributions and would have not been the same without.  The fact
that he was a co-editor didn't get reported to Brill in time to make that
clear.
