[lg policy] Valuing Languages

A reminder:  if you have an article or whatever to share with the list,
please send it directly to lgpolicy-list at groups.sas.upenn.edu  Be sure
to send it from the email account under which you are registered with
lgpolicy-list, or it will be blocked.  By sending the piece directly, you
save
me some effort, whereas for you it's the same amount of effort, n'est-ce
pas?

And if people begin to send troublesome messages, I can block them.  But
we haven't had any of those for longer than I can remember.
