"Brain Drain"

Hey Everybody!

A bit unrelated to linguistics, but... I'm working on
a "Brain Drain" project in Rochester, NY - regarding
graduates of area colleges and universities leaving
the area upon graduation. I was wondering if anyone
knew of other projects, resources, or individuals who
might be familiar with or interested in this topic.
