[Linganth] IPA font on a Mac

We sorted this out last term. Go to format under the formatting menu
and select font . You should see the SIL fonts there. Select the one
you want. Then go to the insert menu and select insert symbol and you
will see the keyboard with the SIL fonts. You want to do all your
inserting at once because if you back to normal font you will have to
go through the process just described again.
