Hi everyone,
I'm working with a student who's looking into address terms and familial
authority in Dominican Spanish -- including but not limited to the use of
expressions like '*cion* *mami *or '*cion papi*. They haven't found much in
terms of previous studies, whether for speakers in DR or the US, and we
want to be sure not to miss existing research. If anyone has suggestions,
I'd be grateful and will share back with those interested.
Best wishes,
Maisa Taha
