[Linganth] Reminders for upcoming AAA Annual Meeting Deadlines

Hi all,

As our summers wind down, and fall terms start, a couple of friendly
reminders for those participating in AAA this year.

1) The deadline to register for AAA is Friday September 9th. It is
important that all panelists/presenters register to attend AAA by this date.

2) All Panel Organizers and Individual Presenters must complete the tasks
outlined in the Speaker Resource Center by September 14th! Doing this on
time will ensure that your accepted panel/presentation will be listed in
the final program. Instructions on what is needed for your modality and
type of presentation can be found at this website below:

If your are a Panel Organizer or Individual Presenter, you should have
received an email around July 25th with a link to access your speaker
portal. If not, here is the link to access the Speaker Resource Center to
