3rd Conference on Typology of Native American Languages

Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the 3rd Conference on Typology of Native
American Languages, which will take place in Barcelona on March 24-27
2003.

The invited professors for this 3rd edition are: Marianne Mithun and
Wallace Chafe, from the University of California Santa Barbara, who work
on the native languages of North America; Elena Benedicto, from Purdue
University, specialist in Nicaraguan languages; and Francesc Queixalós,
from Universidade de Brasilia - CNRS Paris, expert on Amazonian
languages.
