language to be identified

Would somebody be able to identify the language of the text below? It seems Bantu - but which language? (The sheet music that I got this from just says it is written "in the African language"!)

Also, are the words and translations correct?

Viumbe vyote vya Mungu wetu na 
   Mfal me wetu,
('All creatures of our God and King,')

Pazeni sauti ilinasi mwimbe.
('Lift up your voice and sing with us.')

Watu wote, viumbe vyote, awaye yote, sifu Mungu!
('All men, all creatures, everybody praise God!')
