     With respect to the metaphorical spatialization of time, there are
theoretical considerations as well as  illustrations from many languages in
C. Hagège, Adpositions, “Oxford Studies in Typology and Linguistic Theory”,
Oxford University Press, pp. 297-306. A topic related with metaphor, i.e.
polysemy, is also studied there, pp.277-282.
