Thanks, Frans and all.  This is actually good news for me:  A couple of
weeks ago I sent in a paper that I had been rushing and hoping desperately
to get submitted while Frans was still at the helm, for symbolic reasons.
So I made it after all.  If you have something in hand that I sent to
Michael, please toss it -- I've noticed some typos and things in the
meantime which I'll correct.

I hope all is OK with the journal and with Michael.
