We are grateful to Hedvig Skirgård (hedvig.skirgard at gmail.com), who has set
up and/or revived the social media presence of ALT in several ways. This
action followed correspondence with both the ALT EC and with the ALT 2017
local organizers in Canberra. Anyone who is interested in learning more
about connecting with ALT and getting updates via Facebook (including an
Events page), Twitter, and/or Wordpress (a basic blog *not* intended to
replace the list-serv function that already exists) can start here:
Likewise the blog is not intended to replace the main ALT webpage.
Please feel free to contact Hedvig if you have specific questions or
concerns, or you can contact me and I will forward along accordingly.
The purpose of these sites is simply to provide more points of access and
information to ALT-related news, discussions, announcements, and events. We
realize that not everyone is an active user of any or all of these sites
(or even a fan!). They are simply there for your interest and use if you
are so inclined.
