[Lingtyp] Plural markers on (already) plural pronouns

Hi Ponrawee,
Sri Lanka Malay has "kithang" '1pl' and "kithampada" '1pl', where "pada" 
is a plural marker. Same for second person plural "lorang/lorampada" and 
third person "derang/derampada".
