[Lingtyp] ELAN FLEx ELAN round trip

To my knowledge there is no way to sync changes between ELAN and FLEx, if
that is your question. When you transfer information between the two, it
creates new tiers/texts, and so it requires some massaging on either end to
make it sensible again.

However, as you reference, many people are trying to work on this. You may
be interested in an upcoming talk this weekend at the SSILA annual meeting
<https://www.ssila.org/2023-annual-meeting>: "flibl: A tool to bolster text
transfer between ELAN and FLEx" by Ananthanarayan, Skilton, Pierson &
Bowern (Saturday, January 21 @ 11:30am MST/UTC-7). SSILA is fully online
and registration is free/by donation.
