[Lingtyp] Transitive verbs with both active and passive readings

Among all those exotic languages, it should be noted that the 
characterization that Sergey provides for what he is looking for is 
matched exactly by the perfect participles of transitive verbs in 
Germanic and Romance (and doubtless other SAE) languages. I am speaking 
of forms like English /built/, as in /she has built it / it has been 
built/. These forms are neutral to voice, it is only the "context", in 
this case the construction and especially the auxiliary, which 
determines the voice.
