Dear Andrea,

probably the closest German parallel to your original data is the 
expression /Kinder, Kinder!/ It is so commonly used that a search by 
your favorite search engine turns up several sites and other objects 
with this expression in their name. I do not venture to come up with the 
set of conditions of its use just like that, but I am sure it is used as 
'I disapprove of this situation' and 'this situation is rather hard for 
me'; but other speakers may know more uses.
