[Lingtyp] ALT Elections

Dear Colleagues,

The ALT Elections have now closed, thank you to all members who participated.

The new Executive Committee (EC) will start in January 2026 in the following composition:
Shelece Easterday, Andrey Shluinskiy, Anvita Abbi, Neige Rochant, Timur Maisak, Roberto Zariqiuey + Johan van der Auwera (President), Dmitry Idiatov (Secretary Treasurer), Ljuba Veselinova (Secretary and Conference Manager), Maria Koptjevskaja- Tamm (Editor, Linguistic Typology)

We would like to once again thank the outgoing EC members, Hilary Chappell, Kristine Hildebrandt, Nikolaus Himmelmann and Iker Salaberri for their outstanding service and contribution. Likewise, we thank the Nominating Committee Katharina Haude (Chair), Peter Arkadiev, Françoise Rose and Wayan Arka for all the time they devoted to proposing the new EC.
