[Lingtyp] Quantifier meaning both 'each' and 'any' ?

Under this definition, this would apply to eg Slovak “každý”.

“Každému hosťovi hneď po príchodie naliali.” Each guest was offered a glass
of alcoholic beverage upon arrival.

“V každej gramatike slovenčiny to stojí rovnako.” = You will find the same
in any grammar of Slovak.

But that just shows Slovak has a quantifier that can be translated as both
“each” and “any”, not that it has one.
